We want you to love your TestiCool gear. If something is not right, here is how we can help.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with tags and packaging. For hygiene reasons, worn undergarments may not be eligible unless faulty.
Once inspected, approved returns are refunded to the original payment method. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; otherwise we will process a refund. Shipping fees are refundable only if the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong product.
If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will prioritize replacements or refunds and cover return shipping where applicable.
Return shipping may be deducted from your refund where prepaid labels are provided. Duties and taxes are handled according to local rules and may not be refundable in every region.
