Fabrics Born From Nature, Engineered for Longevity

Our fabrics are developed in collaboration with family-owned textile specialists in Northern Italy experts who blend generations of craftsmanship with modern environmental standards. We work with mills that prioritise responsible production, renewable energy, and minimal waste.

The micro-modal used in every TestiCool™ garment is derived from renewable beechwood, made in a closed-loop system that recycles over 95% of water and solvents. It's naturally soft, breathable, and biodegradable proving that luxury and sustainability can exist in the same thread.

To enhance performance, we use natural heat-conductive and antimicrobial yarns, including silver-based fibres, that help regulate temperature and prevent odour-causing bacteria. This is built into the yarn itself permanent, chemical-free, and wash-resistant creating a fabric that performs longer and demands fewer washes.

Each TestiCool™ garment is crafted in family-run factories across Northern Italy, where expert hands cut, sew, and finish our products to exacting standards. By keeping fabric production and garment manufacturing within the same region, we drastically reduce transportation and lower our carbon footprint.

These facilities combine modern technology and low-impact production with an artisan mindset ensuring every trunk that leaves the line is built to last. It's sustainability measured not just by certifications, but by care, precision, and the respect given to every stage of the process.

Packaging Without Plastic

Our packaging follows the same philosophy as our underwear - simple, functional, and responsible. Every TestiCool™ box is made from FSC-certified recycled paperboard.

There’s no plastic film, just renewable and recyclable materials that protect both the product and the planet. We design our boxes to be reused, stored, or easily recycled - proof that sustainability can be both beautiful and practical.
